We will leave the house in just a bit to go to the Cancer Center. They wanted Steve to come in for some labs today...probably for a couple of reasons...he has done three chemotherapy sessions, so this is his "off" week technically. In addition, his hemoglobin has taken such a dip after the last sessions, they may want to nip any issues in the bud. I do not foresee any problems, since he did get three units of blood last week, but you just never know.
We had wanted to move Steve's chemotherapy appointments from Mondays to Thursdays. In order to get him to Thursdays, they were going to move next week's session ahead by a few days and do the chemo this Thursday. We will find out today if they think it would be wise to proceed this Thursday or just start back up next Thursday. Can't believe we are already getting ready to start Cycle 2.
I will give some updates later today for those waiting on news from our appointment.
